Pregnancy massage, sometimes referred to as prenatal, or maternity massage is for women seeking relief, and relaxation during pregnancy.  Women experience enormous changes to their bodies during pregnancy that greatly affect posture and the muscles and joints. Almost seventy-five percent of women experience back pain. There are many ways to relieve body stress: plenty of rest, healthy diet, and moderate exercise which helps to tone and strengthen the muscles. In addition to this, a Pregnancy Massage is a special type of therapy tailored specifically to the needs of women and their changing bodies during this process and very beneficial to the body in reducing pain and tension.
